Erik D. Wohl Antiques

Erik D. Wohl

Meet Erik Wohl in Booth #59.

Erik Wohl (Washington, NH) is thrilled to be exhibiting at The 69th Annual NHADA Antique Show from August 6–8, 2026. As a longtime attendee, exhibiting here is a career highlight.

Erik grew up in Redding, Connecticut. His appreciation of antiques started in high school while working at Island House Antiques, an importer of Irish furniture and accessories. He formed a real love for early American antiques scouring antique shows, auctions, and museums. At his first antique show – managed by Ann and Jim Malloy – Erik shared booth space with his mentors, Jean and Mike West. He went on to exhibit at many Malloy shows and at additional shows throughout New England. He also managed The Old Library Antique Center, a multi-dealer shop, featuring items across many collecting categories. In 1989, Erik and partners Bill and Rita Corey, opened New England Discoveries, a multi-dealer shop in Newfane, VT, offering two floors of American antiques and accessories. New England Discoveries was a great learning experience, honing Erik’s appreciation not only for 18th and 19th century material culture, original and early surfaces, early metal work and folk art, but also for the business-end of selling antiques. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Erik maintained a busy show schedule, exhibiting at 25-30 shows per year, including Dorset, Stella’s Pier, Marilyn Gould’s Wilton, Russell Carrell’s Salisbury, The Hartford Show, Fairhaven Show, and Fiddler’s Nashville, Tennessee, among others.

In 2009, Erik moved to Jupiter, Florida to support an aging parent, but he continued to participate in shows and actively buy and sell. In July of 2025, Erik and his life-partner, Kimberly Andrews, returned to New England and moved into a circa 1790 home with an attached carriage house in Washington, NH. The home looks over the historic town green. Erik will be opening Erik D. Wohl Antiques in the carriage house in 2027. Until then, you can find him in booth #59 at the 69th NHADA antique show in Manchester, NH and other shows around New England. Contact Erik at: erikwohl@gmail.com, 860 847-1617, 603 495-1808
