November 2017 NEWS FROM NHADA

New Hampshire is enjoying a beautiful autumn of sunny days and cool nights with a few days of 80 degree temperatures as well.  A great time to take an antiquing road trip!  Many shops are open year round and many seasonal shops stay open into November and December.

The Portsmouth Antiques Shows, managed by Peter Mavris, have begun another season with the kick off show held on October 8th at the Frank Jones Center.  The next show is December 3rd, 10 to 2. A reminder that there is no early buying at this show.

Also, Jack Donnigan’s Milford Antiques Show begins begins it’s 42nd year on Sunday, October 15th at the New Hampshire Hills Athletic Club in Milford.  The show runs from8:30 to noon, with early buying available during exhibitor set up, 6:30 to 8:30.

The NHADA Annual Dinner meeting will be coming up soon; please watch for the date (TBD) on the NHADA website.
